TECNOMACH ENGINEERING is the division of GRUPPO OVERMACH, that takes care of analyzing and solving any productive problem of the Customer before sale, from the choice of the chip removal machine most suitable for realizing the mechanical parts, to complete "turn-key" solutions that, together with the machine, include: equipments, working cycles, tooling and working automation.

The main activities effected by Engineering Division are the following:
• Feasibility technical analysis
• Time and method studies, calculation of productive volume
• Study and proposal for special equipment for workpiece clamping
• Study for the integration of machines into robotized working isles or flexible cells
• Working tests at our premises with final inspection at Customer's side
• Supply proposal with "turn-key" project, complete with development and testing of the process also for unmanned productions.

The Division is composed by a Technical-Sales Manager and by a Team of high skilled engineers, with an excellent degree of specialization in various fields (turning, milling, etc.).

Thanks to this Division we have faced and solved several cases, either simple and complex ones, with excellent results.
